U.S. SHIPPING

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands).

For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

Processing Time

We ship every Wednesday, excluding holidays.

General Delivery Times

USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.

Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 days.

How we determine rates

International shipping rates and delivery options are displayed in the Shopping Bag for all registered customers.

Shipping rates are based on:
- product weight
- type of packaging
- destination country
- carrier shipping method

RISK OF LOSS, DAMAGE AND TITLE FOR MERCHANDISE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY WILL PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER. DAMAGED ITEMS DELIVERED THROUGH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS WILL NOT BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED.

International Taxes, Duties and Custom Fees

Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with customs office for detail information.

USPS’s local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.C. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local postal office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Delivery Time Estimate

For international orders, estimated delivery time does not include customs processing time. Processing and delivery times may vary during promotion and holiday periods.

 

Possible Delays

All international orders when reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delay beyond original delivery estimates.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Blanc to Noir- B2NSHOP.COM, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blanc to Noir- B2NSHOP.COM. This amount will be deducted from your order.

Shipping Confirmation

When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the carrier site. You can click on the tracking number to track your order. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact customer service.
